Elaiza Irizarry: Executive Director & Producer
Elaiza has provided leadership for up to 120 employees, planning and executing large-scale cultural arts productions. Her professional development led her from Company Manager and Production Manager to theater consultant and independent producer, making significant contributions to the visual and performing arts. Originally from Venezuela, Elaiza co-founded Caracas’ La Compañia Nacional de Teatro (National Theatre Company), an extremely successful and enduring repertory theatre.


Judy Litt: Director of Education & Community Engagement
Judy is in charge of all Miami Theater Center’s work with schools and educators. Contact her to bring school groups to MTC, to arrange for InSchool Series visits or TIP performance attendance, and to answer any other questions or concerns relating to MTC’s educational activities.


Marte Siebenhar: Director of Communications


Yolima Cintra: Theater Rentals, Executive Assistant
Yolima handles all rentals for MTC, including The SandBox, and is happy to answer any questions about MTC’s productions or rental of our facilities.


Marcia Morgan: Office Manager
Marcia is in charge of all bookkeeping and accounting matters for Miami Theater Center.


Ron Burns: Technical Director
Ron manages all the technical aspects of MTC’s productions. He holds an MFA in Scenic Design and Lighting from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Prior to joining MTC, Ron worked in technical direction and scenic and lighting design for the University of Alabama, Birmingham; City College of New York; Georgia College; State University, Albion College; and various theaters. In addition, he directed two plays and held the position of Associate Professor of Theater while at GC&SU and Albion Colleges.


Fersson Vega - Production and Facility Services
Fersson is a man of many talents: photographer, film-maker and theatrical specialist. Given his work with Caracas’ La Compañia Nacional de Teatro and The Opera House of Caracas (along with several international theater festivals), we are pleased he has come to MTC to assist us in all aspects of production.
